Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

In the morning right after breakfast your guide will be pick you up from your hotel in Kampala to transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park. The rive will take you 6 hours arriving in the afternoon. Check into your hotel, have lunch and then go visit the salt mines and crater lakes . Overnight at

Day 2: Game drives/ Boat rides

Early in the morning before sunrise, you will be picked up from your hotel to go for a game  drive in the park. The game drive will take you about a few hours 4hours offering you an opportunity to spot a lot of wild animals. The animals you expect to see include;  lions, elephants, buffaloes, and so much more. In the afternoon, you will go for boat ride along the Kazinga channel, where you will spot plenty of birds and water loving animals, like hippos, crocodiles ad even land animal that have come to take some water. Overnight at your previous hotel.

Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi.

In the morning after breakfast, through the Ishasha sector you will go for a game drive in the park searching for tree climbing lions and the later you will drive to transfer to Bwindi. The drive to Bwindi is about 5 to 6 hour depending on which side of the park you will be tracking gorillas.

Day 4: Gorilla Tracking.

The day starts off with an early breakfast, at around 6am, before your transfer to the park headquarters for briefing. After briefing you will be allocated a group to trek and then along the different trails you will start trekking to search for gorillas. The guided walk through the forest is informative and by the time you reach the gorilla group it will be fully informed about the characteristics of the people.  Once you meet the gorillas, you will be allowed to spend 1 hour following the gorillas and taking picture. Overnight at previous lodge.

Day 5: Transfer to Lake Mburo / Boat ride / Evening game drives.

In the morning after breakfast, drive to transfer to lake Mburo national park. The drive will take you about 5 hours arriving in the afternoon. On arrival in the park you will have lunch and then go for boat ride along Lake Mburo. Watch out for animals like crocodiles, buffaloes and so much more at the shores. Later you will go for an evening game drive searching for leopards. Overnight at

Day 6: Game drives/ Transfer to Kampala.

Early morning go search for wildlife, watch out for animals like giraffes, zebras and so much more. Later in the afternoon, you will embark on the 3 hours drive back to Kampala. End of 6 days Uganda Safari  Queen Elizabeth, Bwindi and Lake Mburo National park.
