Detailed Itinerary

Day 1, Arrival in Entebbe

You will arrive at the airport and meet our company representative, who will transfer you to your hotel in Entebbe. Overnight stay at 2 Friends Hotel, Entebbe

Day 2, Cycling in Entebbe, Botanical Gardens and local sites

Today you will cycle through Entebbe to visit places such as the Botanical Gardens and the local market before returning to your hotel in the afternoon. Overnight stay at your previous lodge.

Jinja cycling tour, Source of the Nile and village ride

Day 3, Transfer to Jinja, Ssezibwa Falls and Mabira stop

In the morning, after breakfast, transfer to Jinja. Along the way, visit Ssezibwa Falls and take part in the zip line activity in Mabira Forest. Arrive in Jinja in the evening and overnight at Source of the Nile Hotel

Day 4, Jinja cycling tour, Source of the Nile and village ride

Cycle through Jinja to visit historical sites and the Source of the Nile, where the river begins its long journey north. The ride takes about 3 to 4 hours, and you should return in time for lunch. Along the way, you may also visit a local weaver for souvenirs. In the afternoon, go cycling through the local villages near Bujagali Falls, where you may see nature, monkeys, reptiles, and a variety of birds. Overnight stay at your previous lodge

Day 5, Tea and sugar plantation cycling tour

Today you will cycle through tea and sugar plantation areas, exploring the rolling countryside near the Nile while passing through local communities and villages. The ride covers about 30 to 35 km and usually takes 4 to 5 hours. Later in the afternoon, visit the Soft Power Education Centre before returning to your hotel in the evening. Overnight stay at your previous lodge.

Day 6, Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park, boat ride

In the morning after breakfast, transfer to Lake Mburo National Park for the cycling safari. The drive takes about 4 hours, arriving in the afternoon. Later, go for a boat ride on Lake Mburo, which offers rewarding views of animals along the shores. Overnight stay at Rwakobo Rock.

Day 7, Nature walk and cycling safari in Lake Mburo National Park

Very early in the morning, go for a nature walk in the park in search of wildlife. Later in the day, explore the national park by bike, cycling along the edge of Lake Mburo before stopping for a picnic lunch. It is advisable to cycle as a group, and a game ranger will accompany you during the ride. Return to your lodge for an overnight stay.

Day 8, Return to Kampala or Entebbe

In the morning after breakfast, begin the return drive to Kampala, arriving in the afternoon. Continue to Entebbe International Airport for your onward flight home.
