Paraa safari lodge is also another of luxury property of Marasa group found in Murchison falls park in the north west of Uganda. It is a luxury lodge set along the river banks within the park overlooking the river. River Nile flows from Lake Victoria towards Lake Albert. Paraa lodge does a cool environment to help their guests feel comfortable and relaxed as you should be.

Rooms:

Catering for all categories of luxury, Paraa safari lodge has a wide range of accommodation types. These include; classic rooms, the queen’s cottage, superior rooms, suites and the safari tents. They can either be double rooms for couples, twin rooms with two beds in them or single rooms for solo travelers. The is a total of 54 rooms and each has got its private balcony with a sitting area and private en-suite bathrooms.

There are 36 standard /classic rooms which are all located in the same main block with African craft work thus creating a real safari like environment. They have en-suite bathroom with wall showers, private balcony which offer you a beautiful view for the surrounding.

Safari Tents

In addition, there are 3 safari tents that are set on wooden platforms a few metres from the main building. Perfect for those who want to experience the wilderness, the tents are well furnished and en-suite. Clean and white linens bless the queen sized beds and also they have a very clear view of the Nile too from each room’s private deck.

Suites

The main building has 3 suites. Perfect for family travel or a group of friends and those that wish to have their space. Suites have their own private living area with comfortable couches and this where guests spend time when they want to relax. A fully stocked mini bar is available in each suite. Just like all rooms, these have spacious en-suite bathrooms with all the necessary bathroom materials. They also have really large windows through you get a very clear view of the Nile.

There is also a Queen cottage for people who want to have utmost privacy and comfortable room away from home. Very spacious and set apart from the rest of the facilities, the Queen’s cottage is super luxurious. King size beds , a spacious balcony , and green surroundings with views of the Nile, make this cottage unique. The cottages is more like a furnished apartment with a living area, coffee Andrea room a mini bar, with all drinks inclusive. The queen’s cottage also has en-suite bathrooms with sunken bath tubs, there is an Air Conditioning unit instead of a fun.

Each room has got its own kind of comfort and warmth to the guests that is why they are all considered to be very comfortable room regardless of the type of room any one sleeps in.
