Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe, Airport Transfer and Hotel Check-in

On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met by a company representative and transferred to your hotel in Entebbe. The transfer is short and allows you to settle in after your flight. Depending on your arrival time, you may relax at the hotel or take a short walk around the lakeside area. This day is designed for rest and preparation before your golf and trekking activities begin. Overnight at Protea Hotel Entebbe.

Day 2: Golf at Entebbe Golf Club, 18 Hole Course Experience

After breakfast, spend the day playing at Entebbe Golf Club, one of Uganda’s most established 18-hole courses. The course is set near Lake Victoria and offers a relaxed but enjoyable round for both experienced and casual golfers. You will have the full day to complete your round at a comfortable pace, with time to rest and enjoy the surroundings after the game. This day balances activity with relaxation before your transfer to the Bwindi region. Return to your hotel in the afternoon or evening for an overnight

Day 3: Fly to Kihihi, Transfer to Bwindi, Lodge Arrival and Relaxation

After an early breakfast, transfer to the airport for your scheduled flight to Kihihi Airstrip in southwestern Uganda. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your lodge near Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The drive takes about 1 hour, passing through scenic countryside and rural landscapes. On arrival at the lodge, check in, relax, and prepare for the gorilla trekking experience the following day. Overnight at Gorilla Forest Camp.

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After breakfast and with a packed lunch, transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing before starting your gorilla trek. The trek takes you through dense forest terrain, guided by experienced rangers who will explain the environment and the gorilla families. The duration of the trek varies depending on the location of the gorillas on the day. Once you locate the gorillas, you are allowed to spend up to one hour observing them in their natural habitat. This is a rare and memorable wildlife experience. After the trek, return to the starting point and transfer back to your lodge for rest and overnight. Optional upgrade: You may choose the gorilla habituation experience instead of standard trekking, which allows up to four hours with the gorillas. Day 5: Fly to Entebbe, Golf at Serena Kigo, Departure

After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Entebbe. On arrival, transfer to Serena Kigo for lunch, followed by an afternoon golf round at the Serena Golf Course. This 9-hole course overlooks Lake Victoria and offers a relaxed final experience before departure. Later in the evening, transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your onward flight.
