Detailed itinerary
Day 1, Kampala to Jinja, Ssezibwa Falls, Mabira Forest, Source of the Nile
The tour starts from Kampala at around 7:30 am with a drive east towards Jinja. Your first stop is Ssezibwa Falls for a short visit and cultural experience. Continue to Mabira Forest for a zip-lining activity through the forest canopy. After the activity, proceed to Jinja for lunch at a restaurant near the Nile. In the afternoon, visit the Source of the Nile and take a boat ride to the point where the Nile is presented to visitors as flowing out of Lake Victoria. This is the highlight of the day and offers scenic views and photo opportunities. Depending on time, you may include one additional stop, such as Ripon Falls or a short cultural visit within Jinja. Due to time limits, longer extensions such as Kagulu Hills or multiple palace visits are optional and may require an extended itinerary. After the visit, begin the drive back to Kampala, arriving in the evening
