4 Days Rwenzori Mountains Trekking Tour

The  4-day Rwenzori Mountains trekking tour is designed for travellers who want a short but rewarding introduction to Uganda’s most dramatic mountain range. The route begins at Nyakalengija and takes you through forest and bamboo zones to Nyabitaba Hut and John Matte Hut, combining river crossings, steep trails, mountain scenery, and the chance to see unique wildlife and alpine vegetation along the way. It is a better option for mountain hikers who want a shorter Rwenzori trekking experience without attempting the higher summit routes. The hike offers a good balance of challenge, scenery, and immersion in one of Uganda’s most distinctive mountain landscapes.
