1 Day Uganda Cultural Safari

The 1 day Uganda cultural tour takes you to explore and learn more about Uganda’s most popular tribe the Baganda. You will go visit the Kabakas’ Palace, the coronation sites, the burial sites of the kings and lastly the Uganda museum.

This day tour is perfect for those who do not have a lot of time in Uganda, but want to learn about the culture and traditional norms of the most popular tribe in Uganda. It can also be added to your long Uganda safari on the first day after arrival.

1 Days Cultural Tour

Day 1:  Cultural Tour.

At 7am, after your breakfast you will go visit the Kabaka palace, learn about the different beliefs, totems and norms of the Baganda people. Learn how to greet in Luganda and also learn about the past and present Kingdom from which Uganda derives its name. Later you will go visit the Kasubi tombs which is the burial site of the ancient kings of Buganda. Later you will drive to proceed to the coronation site in Nagalabi Buddo. Return to Kampala and then have a lunch buffet for a taste of Uganda meals before you proceed to the national museum.

After visiting the national museum, you will then be driven an dropped off at your hotel within Kampala.
