Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Drive from Kigali to Volcanoes National park. 2 and half hours.

 At 9am you will be picked up by our company representative who will transfer you to  Volcanoes national park. Volcanoes national park is 2 and half hours’ drive away and therefore you should be there in time for lunch. Have lunch and then go visit the Iby’iwacu community. Overnight at

Basic – Kinigi Guest House

Moderate – Five Volcanoes Hotel.

Luxury – Sabyinyo silverback Lodge.

Day 2: Gorilla Tracking Rwanda. 

After an early morning breakfast, you will drive to transfer to the park headquarters. Go for briefing and then later through the forest start the search for the gorillas.  Tracking gorillas is through mountainous forest and therefore, you are required to wear hiking shoes and a rain coat in-case it rains. Proceed with the trek in the forest searching for gorillas and on meeting them you will be allowed to spend 1 hour following then. Later on you will return to the starting point.  Drive to transfer back to Kigali. End of 2 days gorilla tracking safari Rwanda.
