Nkuringo Bwindi Gorilla lodge
Nkuringo Bwindi gorilla lodge is one of the many luxury lodges that serve Bwindi impenetrable national park’s southern sector. Rooms
Nkuringo safari lodge has got 21 rooms in total and all of them are well-furnished and stocked with all the amenities needed to make the guest feel safe and comfortable during their stay. The 21 rooms come from 18 residences which are; six garden cottages, four luxury forest suites, three two-bedroom family villas, and lastly 5 Standard Garden Cottages. Every room has got of course a bedroom area, an en-suite bathroom, and a reasonable size shower with hot and cold water. There is a little living area where you sit and relax. With fie places, you can choose to sit in the room or on the verandahs to warm up as you gulp in the spectacular views of the surrounding environment.
Amenties
Other than the amazing rooms, this lodge has got two dining and lounge areas. Mylica and Rafiki bar/ Lounge areas have got clear beautiful views of part of Bwindi Forest and Virunga Volcanoes. The lodge’s main dining area is very spacious and open to allow you to enjoy your meals with a view. All meals are prepared by skilled chefs. Freshly baked bread and cakes are available at the lodge. There are fireplaces in the dining and lounge areas which they light up in the evening hours when it becomes cold.
Nkuringo Bwindi gorilla lodge offers free WIFI which is only limited to the lounge and dining areas. It also offers a Hand Massage on arrival or after the trek. Full body massage is available at an extra fees. Laundry services will be offered on request, and a key lock safe, among other services.
Rates and Prices
Like other lodges or hotels, rates or prices are bound to change anytime. However Nkuringo lodge at the moment offers the following rates. Rates are in USD dollars and at a per person basis with meals inclusive. One basic drink is offered at every meals however the bars is stocked with all kinds of drinks that you would prefer.
Single occupancy rates start form USD 500 per person in the Lode season and USD 900 per person during the high season
Double occupancy starts from USD 500 per person in Low season and USD 700 per person during the high season.

High Season: Jan Feb June, July, August, September and December

From the lodge, you can be a part of various activities. The main activity is of course gorilla tracking/ habituation. Other than that, there are;
