Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Kigali – Cultural Tour. 

Today at 8am, you will be picked up from your hotel to go visit the National Museum and national museum. This will give you an opportunity to learn about Rwanda culture and history.  Later in the afternoon you will go visit the bomas, and learn more about this community.  Overnight at your hotel in Kigali.

Day 2: Visit the millenium Village. Visit the Nyamata and Ntarama Churches/ Transfer to Musanze. 

Today you will drive to transfer to the Nyamata and Ntarama churches and learn more about the history of these two churches and then later go visit the Millennium village, a model villages where Perpetrators and victims of the 1994 genocide have learnt how to live together.  You will later have lunch and tend rev to proceed to Musanze. Overnight at

Day 3: Iby’iwacu community. / Visit the caves 

Today you will go visit the Iby’iwacu community and learn more about Rwanda and the cultures. The visit to this community will, give you further insight into the culture of the Rwanda people. Later in the afternoon you will go visit the caves, that are believed to have been formed by volcanic activities in the past 65million years. Visit the caves and learn more about this natural wonder and how it helped the Rwandans during the 1994 genocide. Overnight at previous lodge. 

Day 4: Make Alcohol from Bananas, 

Today you will join the locals and learn more about how to make beer from Bananas. And more so about the different types fo bananas and values for bananas. You will later on after lunch, embark on the 2 and half hour journey to return to Kigali. End of 4 days Rwanda Cultural safari.
